There doesn’t see to be much more I can Say, This meme kind of sums it up in a nutshell. Till you change the way you view food, no diet will work.
But as long as it makes you feel good about yourself, you’re welcome to go down any path you wish but don’t complain when you pick the wrong one.

Maybe we should be seeking common sense instead of some “Guru’s Diet Fad,”
Lay Down the (“Sugar Pipe,”) and give yourself an intervention, meaning lay down the sodas, sugary snacks, cakes, candy, chips and every other junk food and fast food items we are bombarded with everyday.
Eat less carbs and opt in for more veggies, fiber, chicken and fish along with plenty of water and fruits in moderation while eating smaller portions and and I promise the weight will come off with out you having to even think about it because you won’t be on a diet, but a new way of life.
Take it from someone who knows!
I follow my own advice here, I did not go on a diet, I changed the way I view food and made it part of my continues thought patter. Now I look at food as fuel for my body instead of going on a diet and failing. I use to eat out of boredom, now when I look at food I have no desire for or even want what I see 3/4 of the time. I don’t exercise and walk around with more energy than I did before. I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks just buy looking my thought pattern and habits. Now I see and think of food as fuel for my body now instead of eating for lack of something to do.
So to sum it up, Not going on a diet was the best diet plan I have ever tried, “Without Trying.”
I don’t care who you are, You know that’s funny and serious at the same time!
